To access our Help Desk between 8am - 5pm Mountain Time call 866 501-9488, for your Aloha System. If you are not on a help desk contract, you will need to make prior arrangements with our accounting office 520 881-6588, accounting@fbmgmt.com before calling the Help Desk.
- For after hours support call 866 501-9488, leave a message in the emergency voicemail and a technician will return your call.
- After hours and weekend service for clients on an annual Help Desk Contract will be provided for with Emergency Call only
- Emergency calls are defined as:
- Credit Card Processing is down
- More than 50% of your System is inoperable
- Can not send orders to prep area
- Cannot do "End of Day"
- Any other after hour or weekend calls will be billed at our after hour rate
