After hours and weekend service for clients on an annual Help Desk Contract will be provided for Emergency Calls only
Emergency calls are defined as:
Credit Card Processing is down
More than 50% of your System is inoperable
Can not send orders to prep area
Cannot do "End of Day"
Any other after hour or weekend calls will be billed at our after hour rate
Service Rates
Business Hour Rates are:
$85.00/hr for In-House bench repair rate (1 hour min)
$125/hr for On-Site repair rate, (1 hour min) plus a $50.00 trip charge
$150.00/hr Help Desk for non contract clients (half hour min)
After Business Hour Rates are:
$187.50/hr for On-Site Repair rate, (1 hour min) plus a minimum $50.00 trip charge
$225.00/hr for Remote Help Desk Support rate (half hour min)
Training
Please call us for all your POS training needs.
We offer on site and remote training both by the day and the hour.
If you are not on a help desk contract, you will need to make prior arrangements with our accounting office 480-874-1099, accounting@fbmgmt.com before calling the Help Desk.
